Philadelphia Resident Indicted on Drug Charge

Tyrone Bazzle, a/k/a “Charles Williams,” was charged by indictment with possession with the intent to distribute crack cocaine, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.

NAME: Tyrone Bazzle, a/k/a “Charles Williams”
ADDRESS: Philadelphia
AGE OR YEAR OF BIRTH: 1969

If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of life imprisonment, a mandatory minimum term of 20 years’ imprisonment, a $8 million fine, a mandatory 10 years of supervised release up to a lifetime period of supervised release and a $100 special assessment. The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Inevstigation and the Bucks County Violent Gang Task Force (BCVGTF). It is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Joel D. Goldstein.
