Philadelphia Man Charged in Illegal Gambling Business

Joseph Kelly was charged today by information with one count of conducting an illegal gambling business, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger. The charge relates to Kelly’s alleged involvement in an illegal gambling business that involved sports betting.
