Armed Hobbs Act Robbery Fugitive Nyfis Toppings Sought by the FBI

FBI Philadelphia November 19, 2010

The FBI is seeking the public’s assistance to locate armed robbery fugitive Nyfis P. Toppings. Toppings was charged on November 16, 2010, via a complaint and warrant in U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, in connection with an armed home invasion robbery on August 8, 2010, in Havertown, Pennsylvania. The victims of the home invasion robbery, the owners of K&C Beverages, 6500 Market Street, Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, were targeted in their home by Toppings and his associates because they were Asian and owned a business that generated a large amount of cash.

Toppings, who uses the nickname “Feese,” is described as a black male, 26 years of age, 5’8” tall, 150 pounds, with tattoos on his right forearm.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call the FBI at 215-418-4000. Toppings is considered armed and dangerous. There may be a reward for information leading to Toppings’ capture, and tipsters can remain anonymous.
