Three Charged in Cocaine Distribution Conspiracy

An indictment was unsealed today, charging Emmanuel Moore, Theodore McFadden, Sr. and Monique Pearson Moore with conspiracy to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine, attempted possession with intent to distribute of three kilograms or more of cocaine, and unlawful use of a communications facility, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.

If convicted, the defendants face maximum possible sentences of lifetime imprisonment and multi-million-dollar fines.
The case was investigated by the United States Drug Enforcement Administration and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney K.T. Newton.
