Philadelphia Woman Charged with Access Device Fraud and Perjury

DeAnna R. Perry was charged today by Information with conspiracy to commit access device fraud and perjury before the grand jury, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.

INFORMATION REGARDING THE DEFENDANT
NAME: DeAnna R. Perry
ADDRESS: Philadelphia, PA
AGE OR YEAR OF BIRTH: 1987

If convicted, the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of 10 years’ imprisonment, three years’ supervised release, a $500,000 fine, a $200 special assessment, and full restitution. The case was investigated by the United States Secret Service and the Federal Bureau of Investigation and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Nancy E. Potts.
