Levittown Man Indicted for Distributing Crack Cocaine

Ruben Square was indicted today on charges that he distributed more than five grams of cocaine base (“crack”) on three separate dates in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.

INFORMATION REGARDING THE DEFENDANT

NAME: Ruben Square
ADDRESS: Levittown, Pennsylvania
AGE OR YEAR OF BIRTH: 1981

If convicted, Square faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years’ imprisonment and a maximum sentence of life imprisonment, a mandatory minimum of eight years up to a lifetime of supervised release, a $12,000,000 fine, and a $300 special assessment.

The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Bucks County Violent Gang Task Force, and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Kevin Brenner.

An Indictment is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
