Wanted Bank Robber: Johntay Hartwell

The FBI’s Violent Crime/Fugitive Task Force in Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to locate Johntay Hartwell, who has been charged in connection with the robbery of the Wachovia Bank branch located at 2005 Market Street in Philadelphia on July 31, 2009.
Hartwell is described as a black male, twenty years of age, 5’9” tall, and 160 pounds. He was last known to be living in 100 Block of North Peach Street in Philadelphia. He is considered armed and dangerous.
A photograph of Hartwell is below. Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at 215-418-4000 or the Philadelphia Police Department. There may be a reward for information leading to the apprehension of this subject. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
