Pennsylvania Man Indicted on Child Pornography Charges

United States Attorney Michael L. Levy today announced the filing of an indictment charging Christopher Binck with possession, receipt, and transportation of child pornography and producing obscene visual depictions of the sexual abuse of children.

If convicted, defendant Binck faces a maximum possible sentence of 90 years’ imprisonment, a mandatory minimum of five years’ imprisonment, a $1,250,000 fine, five-year mandatory minimum and up to a lifetime of supervised release, and a special assessment of $500.
The case was investigated by the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Federal Bureau of Investigation and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Denise S. Wolf.
