United States Attorney Michael L. Levy today announced the filing of an indictment against Abdul Cunningham, a/k/a “James Walker,” a/k/a “Duley,” Jacqueline V. Young, and Tommy Nguyen, charging that from January 2008, to May 2009, they conspired to steal people’s credit and debit card numbers and then used them to buy merchandise, gift cards, and other things of value.
