Special Agent in Charge Janice K. Fedarcyk, of the Philadelphia Division of the FBI, will be presenting Certificates of Commendation tomorrow morning on behalf of FBI Director Robert S. The crimes include nine armed bank robberies, four attempted armed robberies, an attempted home invasion of a bank manager, one car jacking, and multiple car thefts. The losses in all of the crimes exceeded $400,000. To date, eleven individuals have been convicted.
