FBI Missing Kids Investigations news feed as seen through a web browser RSS aggregator.
Several of the new feeds, such as Top Ten, Most Wanted Terrorists, and Missing Kids Investigations, above, contain images.

We recently expanded our news feed offerings on the FBI.gov website to include wanted fugitives and missing children. The feeds, which enable subscribers to get new FBI content and site updates delivered to them, include the popular Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list and Most Wanted Terrorists list.

These news feeds, also known as RSS feeds, are available at www.fbi.gov/rss.htm, and are aimed at making it easier for subscribers to get important information as soon as it is posted. The Wanted by the FBI section contains many of the website’s most frequently visited pages. Images are included in several of the feeds, including Top Ten Fugitives, Missing Children, Most Wanted Terrorists, and Terror Investigations.

The new feeds are:

The feeds utilize RSS (Really Simple Syndication) technology to deliver news and information. RSS is an XML-based method for distributing content from a website that can be easily read by a variety of news readers or aggregators. In most cases, subscribing to a feed involves simply pasting the feed’s URL into a feed reader or RSS-enabled browser. For more information on using RSS, see USA.gov’s RSS technology page.

The new feeds continue our efforts to improve access to information on the FBI website. You can also receive news and press releases via RSS feeds. And though our e-mail subscriptions, you can receive updates when content is updated on nearly 180 different subject areas. We have about 90,000 subscribers and have sent more than 50 million e-mails since 2006. Subscribe where you see the little red envelopes.
