Seventeen Arrested in Connection with Long-Term Methamphetamine Investigation

The United States Attorney Deborah R. Gilg announces the arrests of the following in Ogallala and Brule, Nebraska, and surrounding cities in Western Nebraska and Eastern Colorado:

  • Anthony Weinrich
  • Mark Piper
  • Jacklynn Walker
  • Darren Relerford
  • Chris Hackbart
  • Bobby Griffin
  • Kirsten Griffin
  • Sharon Kay Tyler
  • Minnie Beth Donner
  • Linda Breese

This investigation is the result of a long-term investigation by FBI, Nebraska State Patrol, Ogallala Police Department, North Platte Police Department, CODE Task Force, WING Task Force, Keith County Sheriff’s Office, Keith County Attorney’s Office, Cheyenne County Attorney’s Office, Homeland Security Investigations, Deuel County Sheriff’s Office, Phillips County Colorado Sheriff’s Office, Holyoke Colorado Police Department, Eastern Colorado Plains Drug Task Force, and the United States Attorney’s Office. Law enforcement seized over three pounds of methamphetamine and $8,000 in U.S. currency in connection with this investigation.
