Grand Island Man Sentenced

United States Attorney Deborah R. Gilg and the FBI, Tri-City Drug Task Force, Nebraska State Patrol, and Grand Island Police Department announce the following information for the attention of the media:
Event Triggering this Release: Kevin Boslau was sentenced today to 57 months’ imprisonment and three years of supervised release following his term of imprisonment by the Honorable Richard G. Kopf, United States District Court Judge. On September 9, 2009, following his jury trial, Boslau was convicted of transferring four firearms to a person Boslau knew to have been previously convicted of a felony, and also of making a false statement on an A.T.F. form when he purchased the firearms. The firearms used in this offense were forfeited to the United States.
