Mitchell L. Schultz, 51, of Norfolk, Nebraska, was sentenced for receiving child pornography. The Honorable Laurie Smith Camp sentenced Schultz to a 72-month term of imprisonment. After his release from prison, Schultz will begin a five-year term of supervised release.

On September 22, 2008, the Nebraska State Patrol was conducting an undercover investigation looking for individuals receiving and sharing child pornography using peer-to-peer Internet connections.
