Community Relations Executive Seminar Training (CREST)

Building on the success of the Citizens’ Academy, in 2006 the FBI created the Community Relations Executive Seminar Training (CREST) initiative, which gives more citizens the opportunity to learn about the day-to-day operations of the FBI.

Through CREST, we help improve the quality of life within the community by raising awareness on key issues, establishing new partnerships and initiatives, improving our understanding of the community through an exchange of information, and identifying crime problems not currently being addressed that affect specific communities.

Over the past two years, the Omaha Division has hosted five CREST programs with various groups and organizations.
