Robbery of Bank of Oklahoma Branch in Oklahoma City

James E. Finch, Special Agent in Charge of the Oklahoma City FBI, announced the robbery of the Bank of Oklahoma branch at 11300 N. May Avenue in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
At approximately 4:40 p.m., an unknown male wearing a mask entered the bank and approached the teller counter. The subject pointed a handgun and demanded the teller give him all her money. The teller complied, and the subject departed with an undisclosed amount of money. The subject was observed running east on foot and climbed over a fence into an apartment complex. Based on surveillance photos and witness descriptions, the subject is described as follows:
- Male
- 5’10” - 6’0” tall
- 220 - 280 pounds
- Wearing a white sweater, jeans, black shoes, an old man mask (white with red lips), and baseball-type cap
The subject also had a silver pistol with black handle.
No one was injured in today’s robbery. This robbery is being investigated by the FBI and the Oklahoma City Police Department. Authorities believe the subject from today’s robbery is the same black male who robbed this same Bank of Oklahoma in May and again in July of this year. This subject is also suspected of robbing a Bank of Oklahoma at N.W. 25th and Meridian in Oklahoma City on September 28.
