Robbery of Bank of Oklahoma Branch in Oklahoma City

James E. Finch, Special Agent in Charge of the Oklahoma City Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, announced the robbery of the Bank of Oklahoma branch (inside Crest Foods) at 11120 N. Rockwell, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

At approximately 11:50 a.m. on October 19, 2013, a black male entered the Bank of Oklahoma branch inside Crest Foods and approached the teller counter. The subject provided the teller with a white plastic grocery bag with a note attached demanding money. The teller complied with the demand and placed an undisclosed amount of money inside the grocery bag. The subject then departed the grocery store on foot with the money. No weapon was seen or implied.

The subject is described as a black male, 6’0” to 6’1” tall, 200 to 230 pounds, early 30s, black facial hair, and wearing a brown hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, dark gloves, and large sunglasses. In surveillance photos (below), the subject can be seen talking on a red cell phone.

No one was injured in today’s robbery. The robbery is being investigated by the FBI and the Oklahoma City Police Department.
