OKLAHOMA CITY—James E. Finch, Special Agent in Charge of the Oklahoma City Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) announces the arrest of Glenn Allen Kirkham, 34 years of age, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, for an Internet threat made on January 14, 2013.

According to a complaint affidavit filed in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, Kirkham is charged with making a threatening post on an Internet-based bulletin board site early in the morning on January 14, 2013. The threat was made to Casper, Wyoming, claiming a planned attack within one to two hours using small-caliber handguns and other weapons. The Casper, Wyoming Police Department received numerous calls regarding the complaint, prompting an immediate investigation by their office, the Natrona County Sheriff’s Office, and the FBI and the lockdown of all schools in Natrona County Wyoming.
