MidFirst Serial Bank Robber Arrested

James E. Finch, Special Agent in Charge of the Oklahoma City Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), announced the arrest of Caleb Jevon Daniels, age 37, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, in connection with three recent MidFirst Bank robberies.
Daniels was arrested at approximately 5:00 p.m. today in the 800 block of N.W. 30th Street in Oklahoma City by the Oklahoma City Police Department (OCPD) Gang Enforcement Unit and the FBI. Assistance was provided by the OCPD Springlake Impact unit. Daniels is suspected of robbing the MidFirst Bank located at 13240 N. May Avenue in Oklahoma City yesterday, December 19, and on October 31, 2013. Daniels is also suspected of robbing the MidFirst Bank located at 6351 N. MacArthur in Warr Acres, Oklahoma on November 21, 2013.
These robberies were investigated by the FBI, the Oklahoma City Police Department and the Warr Acres Police Department. Daniels will be transported to the Grady County Jail, where he will be detained until his Initial Appearance in federal court. Daniels is facing federal bank robbery charges.
The public is reminded that an arrest is merely a charge and the suspect should be considered innocent until proven guilty.
