Authorities Request Assistance from Public to Locate Fugitives

OKLAHOMA CITY—Federal authorities are seeking assistance in locating two fugitives, whose information and photos are below, who have been charged with narcotics trafficking. If the public has any information concerning the whereabouts of the following individuals, they are asked to contact the Federal Bureau of Investigation at 405-290-7770.

  • Jose Guadalupe-Avila (aka “Lupe”), age 26
  • Juan Luis Hernandez-Garcia (aka “Chigiuna”), age 33 or 39

The public is reminded that these defendants have been charged and are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
