Attempted Bank Robbery in Enid

At approximately 5:47 p.m., an attempted robbery occurred at the Central National Bank, 2219 W. Willow, Enid, Oklahoma. The bank has a security guard and this guard confronted the robber. Based on information obtained from the bank, the robber was possibly a white male. He wore a dark blue hoodie, multicolored bandana, tan cargo pants, and white gloves. The robber was seen holding a dark colored, semi-automatic pistol. After being confronted by the security guard, the robber turned, ran from the bank and was seen riding away from the bank on a red BMX style bicycle.
