Charles Alan Dyer Wanted by the FBI

OKLAHOMA CITY—James E. Finch, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Oklahoma City Division, announces that Charles Alan Dyer, 31, of Duncan, Oklahoma is wanted by the FBI for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

According to information obtained by law enforcement, Dyer was scheduled to begin a trial for a state felony charge, but he failed to appear in court. Dyer is known to have numerous weapons. He should be considered armed and dangerous. At this time, we do not believe Dyer is in the Oklahoma area.
