Bank of Oklahoma Robbery

James E. Finch, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Oklahoma, announces today’s robbery of the Bank of Oklahoma located at 4324 S.E. 44th Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

At approximately 1:43 this afternoon, an unknown black male entered the bank and approached a teller at the teller counter. The male presented a note that stated, “Give me all you got. 20’s, 50’s 100’s. If you make a sound I will shoot.” The bank teller complied with the demand and gave the robber an undisclosed amount of cash. The robber gathered the money and was last seen heading south from the bank on foot. No weapon was seen during the robbery and no injuries were sustained.

The robber was described as a black male in his 20s, approximately 5’10” to 6’0” in height, with a slim build. He had a scar on his right cheek. He wore a blue and yellow colored Polo jacket and a Seattle Mariners baseball cap. Bank employees thought the robber entered the bank earlier in the day.

Callers may remain anonymous. The Oklahoma Banker’s Association offers a reward of up to $2,000 for any information leading to the identification and/or arrest of any person robbing a member bank.
