Robbery of Bank of the West

Below are several photographs taken from today’s robbery of Bank of the West, 5757 NW Expressway, Warr Acres, Oklahoma. Also, two photographs of the vehicle used by the robber are below.

For information, today at 12:18 p.m., a lone white male entered the bank and demanded money. He implied he had a weapon although none was seen. He gathered the money in a paper sack from Crest Foods and departed in a black Geo Tracker. The vehicle was last seen traveling west on NW Expressway.

The robber is described as a white male, in his late 30’s or early 40’s, 6’0”, slender, 160 lbs., dark complected, wearing a tan Carhartt type jacket, red knit hat, blue jeans, clear protective glasses, fake large front teeth, and dark boots. He fled in a 4 door Geo Tracker SUV.

The investigation of the robbery is being conducted by the FBI and Warr Acres Police Department.
