IBC Bank Robbery in Oklahoma City

Below is a photo taken from today’s robbery of IBC Bank, 1924 N. Portland, Oklahoma City. It was robbed this morning at 11:08 a.m. by a black male, 6’1”, 180 lbs., 30 to 40 years old, wearing shorts, light tank top, and a O.U. ball cap. He left the bank north on foot. He had a weapon which he displayed. It was stored in an accordian style folder.

Also, this morning at 9:59 a.m., a white female wearing a mask and armed with a pistol entered the Mid-First Bank, 2225 N. May, Oklahoma City. Upon entering the bank, the armed security guard observed her. The female was shot by the guard and later died at a hospital. A white male believed to be her accomplice, exited a white vehicle and attempted to shoot the guard through the glass. The guard returned fire and struck the individual. He was later transported to a hospital and is in surgery. The guard was treated for glass debris and a pregnant female was transported to a hospital related to the incident. She was not shot.

There is a reward up to $2000 being offered by the Oklahoma Bankers Association.
