Robbery of Bank of Oklahoma

Below are several high quality surveillance photographs taken from this morning’s robbery of Bank of Oklahoma, located inside Buy For Less, 2500 N. Penn, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

For information, today at 11:16 a.m., an unidentified black male approached a teller and provided a demand note. He gathered the money in a red bag with a draw string and exited the store on foot in an unknown direction. No one was injured.

The robber was described as a black male, 6’0” tall, thin, 160 lbs., in his early 20’s, wearing a white ball cap with a “NY” logo (New York Yankees) and a bushy wig underneath, red dress shirt, dark pants and sunglasses. He had a mustache and goatee.

A reward of up to $2000 is being offered by the Oklahoma Bankers Association for anyone with information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the individual(s) responsible for robbing a member bank.

Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at (405) 290-7770 (24-hour number).

The investigation is being conducted by the FBI and Oklahoma City Police Department. Oklahoma City Police Department’s Techinical Investigations Unit conducted a forensic examination of the crime scene.
