Fugitive Arrested Following Gang Enforcement Action

Carlos Ortiz, who was being sought by the Hudson Valley Safe Streets Task Force in connection with the gang enforcement action announced Thursday, surrendered to the City of Newburgh Police Department today at 2:30 p.m. Ortiz was the only fugitive being sought following the arrests.
