FBI New York Health Care Task Force Arrests Staten Island Doctor

“Early this morning, the FBI’s Health Care Task Force, which is a joint investigative agency comprised of FBI, NYPD, DEA, and the City of New York - Human Resources Administration - Bureau of Fraud Investigation, arrested Dr. Felix Lanting in Staten Island, New York on a federal complaint issued by the Eastern District of New York in an ongoing health care fraud investigation. An accompanying federal search warrant was also conducted to collect evidence in the investigation. The arrest and search warrant were conducted without incident,” said Special Agent Richard Kolko.
