FBI Seeks Fugitive Wanted for Narcotics Conspiracy

On June 8, 2010, FBI agents from New York, along with members of the New York Police Department and Immigration and Customs Enforcement, arrested several people in an ongoing criminal investigation in the New York area. Additional arrests took place in Connecticut and Canada. Dukagin Nikollaj is a fugitive and the FBI seeks to identify his location and arrest him.

Dukagin Nikollaj, aka “Duke,” is 27 years old, (DOB 07/15/1983), 5’7” tall, 200 lbs, with brown eyes and light brown hair. He should be considered armed and dangerous. Nikollaj is wanted for conspiracy to distribute narcotics.

“Dukagin Nikollaj is a wanted fugitive and the public can assist in locating him. His face can be found in a variety of media outlets, including the Internet and a digital billboard in Times Square. If you know where Nikollaj is hiding, report him to law enforcement,” said Special Agent Richard Kolko.
