    The FBI concurs with the principles underlying the commission’s recommendations and, in most cases, has already taken action to implement the recommendations based on our own internal review of the Fort Hood shootings and that of the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.   2. Washington: Virginia Man Sentenced for Acting as Unregistered Agent for Syrian Government

    Mohamad Anas Haitham Soueid was sentenced to 18 months in prison for collecting recordings and other information and providing these materials to Syrian intelligence agencies. Full Story

  3. New York: Forty-Eight Charged in Massive Medicaid Fraud Scheme Involving the Diversion and Trafficking of Prescription Drugs
