1. Miami: French National Indicted

Bernard Jean Temus was charged with conspiring to transport in interstate and foreign transport stolen works of art.

2. Atlanta: Home Depot Employee Pleads Guilty

Anthony M. Tevisch pled guilty to participating in a conspiracy to defraud Home Depot by taking kickbacks from vendors totaling over $2.5 million.

3. Chicago: Operation Board Games Nabs Physician

Dr. Robert J. Weinstein was indicted for defrauding a medical school and charitable organization as a result of Operation Board Games, an ongoing federal public corruption investigation of insider-dealing, influence peddling and kickbacks.

4. Chicago: Man Charged with Illegal Possession of Toxin

An undercover Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) member staged a controlled delivery and arrested Edward F. Bachner after Bachner took possession of the toxin.

5. Oklahoma City: Guilty Plea in Terrorism Hoax Threat

Jason Ray Shandy pled guilty to falsely reporting a plot to bomb the University of Central Oklahoma.

6. Dallas: Individuals Named in Swatting Conspiracy With Obstruction of Justice

Matthew Douglas Weigman, Sean Paul Benton and Carlton Nalley were indicted on charges of using intimidation and threats against a witness in a swatting conspiracy case.

7. Albuquerque: Arrest in Kidnapping Case

Fernando Mendoza was arrested in the kidnapping of Pedro Carrillo Perez who was held in Mexico until ransom demands were met.

8. Minneapolis: Guilty Plea in Identity Theft

Zachary Wiley Mann pled guilty to hacking into an internet-based order processing server and using the illegally obtained credit card numbers.

Son Hong Johnson pled guilty to participating in a scheme to cheat casinos across the country out of millions of dollars.

10. New York: Samuel Israel Surrenders

Samuel Israel, sentenced for defrauding investors through various Bayou hedge funds, surrendered to authorities in Massachusetts.
