Halpern: I’m Mollie Halpern of the Bureau and this is “Wanted by the FBI.” The Potomac River Rapist sexually assaulted and murdered 29-year-old newlywed Christine Mirzayan in Washington, D.C. Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s Washington Field Office, Ronald Hosko…

Hosko: She was an intern at the National Academy of Sciences; she had her whole life in front of her.

Halpern: The Potomac River Rapist is also tied to a series of attacks in Montgomery County, Maryland beginning in 1991.

Hosko: We’ve conducted DNA analysis and linked seven of these nine attacks together.
