He’s dubbed the Potomac River Rapist and he remains at large: he sexually assaulted and murdered a 29-year-old woman Washington D.C., and is also tied to a series of attacks in Montgomery County, Maryland beginning in 1991.

Hosko: She was an intern at the National Academy of Sciences; she had her whole life in front of her.
Halpern: The Potomac River Rapist is also tied to a series of attacks in Montgomery County, Maryland beginning in 1991.
Hosko: We’ve conducted DNA analysis and linked seven of these nine attacks together.
