Mr. Schiff: That’s John Raucci. He’s the Assistant Director of the FBI’s Human Resources Division. He says if you want to be a Special Agent…

Mr. Raucci: " We look for individuals that have academic credentials in the area of Computer Science, Law, Accounting, Engineering, or, for example, a person who has any Bachelor’s Degree but speaks a foreign language .”

Mr. Schiff: There’s a preliminary application to fill out and other steps in the process. Gwen Hubbard is an Assistant Section Chief in the Human Resources Division

Ms. Hubbard: " They will undergo a polygraph test and a drug test and also submit to a full scale background investigation .”
