Mr. Hambrick: "We receive complaints from all over the world and we group those complaints and forward them to law enforcement for investigation."

Mr. Schiff: Hambrick says the scam had fake web sites…

Mr. Hambrick: "The subjects were actually able to collect $48,000 in the name of philanthropic relief."

Mr. Schiff: Hambrick says the money trail was followed…

Mr. Hambrick: "In this particular case the tracking of the funds we were assisted greatly by the financial institutions who helped us out on this. Nobody wants to see the bad guys benefit from a disaster like Hurricane Katrina."
