MICHAEL T. DRURY, age 55, of New Orleans, was charged in a one-count bill of information for crimes involving the sexual exploitation of children, announced United States Attorney Jim Letten.

If convicted, DRURY faces up to 10 years in prison, followed by up to a life term of supervised release, and a $250,000 fine. He can also be required to register as a sex offender.

United States Attorney Letten reiterated that the bill of information is merely a charge and that the guilt of the defendant must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
