Joint Task Force Investigating New Haven Arson Offers Reward of up to $25,000

NEW HAVEN, CT—A federal, state, and local law enforcement task force is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual or individuals responsible for the March 9, 2011, arson of a multi-family house located at 48-50 Wolcott Street in the Fair Haven section of New Haven. The fire caused the death of Wanda Roberson, 42; her 8-year-old son, Quayshawn Roberson; and her 18-year-old niece, Jaqueeta Roberson. Eight other individuals were also injured in this fire.

The task force investigating this matter includes the Federal Bureau of Investigation, New Haven Police Department, Connecticut State Police, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development-Office of Inspector General, and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
