Hours
Although we operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, our normal “walk-in” business hours are from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you need to speak to a FBI representative at any time other than during normal business hours, please telephone our office at (203) 777-6311.
Directions
- Traveling north or south on I-95: Follow I-95 to I-91 North. Take Exit 3, Trumbull Street. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left onto Orange Street. Follow Orange Street two blocks to Grove Street. Turn left onto Grove Street. Check in at the white security booth on your right.
- Traveling south on I-91: Take Exit 3, Trumbull Street. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left onto Orange Street. Follow Orange Street two blocks to Grove Street. Turn left onto Grove Street. Check in at the white security booth on your right.
- Traveling from the New Haven Green: Follow Elm Street East one block to Orange Street. Turn left onto Orange Street and follow for two blocks to Grove Street. Turn right onto Grove Street. Check in at the white security booth on your right.
