Mobile Man Sentenced for Bank Robbery

MOBILE, AL—United States Attorney Kenyen R. Brown announced that on January 10, 2014, Jacob L. Anderson was sentenced by District Judge Kristi K. DuBose to serve 42 months in prison on one count of bank robbery after Anderson’s plea of guilty. The indictment alleged that on or about July 12, 2013, Anderson robbed the Tillman’s Corner Branch of Wells Fargo Bank of approximately $2,054 in United States currency.

The case was investigated by MPD and the FBI. The case was prosecuted by AUSA Vicki Davis.
