Robbery of TCF Bank Branch in West Saint Paul

On July 7, 2013, at approximately 3:00 p.m., a lone, white female entered a TCF Bank branch located inside the Cub Foods store at 2021 South Robert Street in West Saint Paul, Minnesota. The robber entered the bank and approached the teller counter. The robber presented a note that demanded cash from the victim teller. The victim teller complied with the demand and provided the robber with an undisclosed amount of cash. The robber placed the cash into her bag and left the branch on foot.

The robber was described as a white female who stood approximately 5’5” in height. In addition, the robber was described as having pale skin and reddish/brown hair and as wearing a dark sweatshirt and dark pants.
