Bank Robbery Arrest

Donald E. Oswald, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s Minneapolis Field Office, today announces the arrest of Robert Kenneth Moore, date of birth 10/9/1986, of Isabella, Minnesota.

Moore was arrested on January 4, 2012, pursuant to a complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Duluth which alleges his involvement in a bank robbery which occurred at the Lake Bank, Super One branch in Two Harbors, Minnesota on December 24, 2011. Moore made his initial appearance in federal court yesterday.

The Proctor Police Department, the Two Harbors Police Department, the Saint Louis County Sheriff’s Office, the Lake County Sheriff’s Office, and the FBI all contributed to this investigation and arrest.

Robert Kenneth Moore is presumed innocent until/unless he is proven guilty in a court of law.
