Seeking Information on The Boundry Waters Bank Robbery in Woodbury

On Thursday, May 21, 2009, at approximately 9:00 a.m., the Boundry Waters Bank, located at 2230 Eagle Creek Lane, Woodbury, Minnesota, was robbed by a lone individual.  The robber entered the bank and approached the victim teller, verbally demanding case.  After receiving an undisclosed amount of money from the teller, he placed the cash into a small paper bag and departed the bank on foot.  He was last seen running away from the bank towards a local golf course. 

The robber is described as a white male, approximately 5’10” to 6 feet tall, with a medium to large build, and 30 to 40 years old.  He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, black sunglasses, and a white covering over his lower face.            

Ralph S. Boelter, Special Agent in Charge of the Minneapolis Office of the FBI, requests that anyone with information regarding this bank robbery contact the Minneapolis FBI at 612-376-3200, the Woodbury Police Department, or Crime Stoppers.  A reward is offered for information leading to the arrest and indictment of this bank robber.
