Robbery of Bank Atlantic Branch in Deerfield Beach

The FBI is releasing photographs from a bank robbery that took place today (September 29, 2012) at approximately 9:12 a.m. at the Bank Atlantic branch located at 1299 South Military Trial in Deerfield Beach, Florida.

The robber entered the bank, displayed a weapon, and demanded money from a bank employee. There were customers in the bank at the time of the robbery, no shots were fired, and there were no injuries. The method of getaway is currently unavailable. The amount of money taken will not be released at this time.

It is believed that this robber may be responsible for two other robberies at this Bank Atlantic branch, one on August 8, 2012, and the second on August 29, 2012.
