Florida Man Wanted on Federal Charges Arrested in Texas

FBI announces the arrest last night of Rashad Emon Clark, aka Shagg Dogg, 33, of West Palm Beach, Florida, on federal charges.

The arrest was made at approximately 7:00 p.m. without incident in North Houston, Texas, by the FBI and members of the Human Trafficking Task Force.

There is no information as to status of his extradition to the Southern District of Florida available at this time.

The FBI was assisted in this investigation by the West Palm Beach Police Department (PD), Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and the Jupiter PD.

The FBI continues its investigation.
