Robbery of Wells Fargo Bank Branch in Miami Beach

The FBI is releasing photographs from a bank robbery that took place today (9/21/2011) at approximately 7:45 a.m. at the Wells Fargo Bank, 1901 Alton Road, Miami Beach, Florida.

The robber confronted two bank employees as they were entering the bank, displayed a gun, and demanded money. No customers were in the bank at the time of the robbery. The robber fired shots. No one was hit by the gun shots. Money was taken, but the amount will not be released at this time.
