FBI Announces Four Arrests in the Robbery and Killing of a Brink’s Armored Car Courier Sunday Evening at Calder Casino and Race Course, Miami Gardens, Florida

John V. Gillies, Special Agent in Charge (SAC) of the Miami Division of the FBI, announces the arrest of VLADIMIR LOUISSANT, 25, of Miami Gardens, Florida; VICTORIA BARKLEY, 26, of Miami Gardens, Florida; BYRON KYLER, 23, of Miami Gardens, Florida; and REGINALD MITCHELL, 26, of Miami Gardens, Florida, in the August 21, 2011, robbery and killing of a Brink’s armored car courier at Calder Casino and Race Course, Miami Gardens, Florida. All of the arrests were made without incident by members of the South Florida Violent Crimes Task Force (SFVCTF). The vehicle which was provided to the media for the public’s assistance has been located. The investigation which is being conducted by the SFVCTF and the Miami Gardens Police Department is still ongoing.

The four individuals arrested are expected to face federal charges. It is anticipated that they will have their initial appearance in federal court today in Miami, Florida.
