  • Special Agent Michael D. Leverock (754) 703-2000

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is releasing a photograph from a bank robbery that occurred last Wednesday, October 28, 2009, at Chase Bank, 4451 NW 36th Street, Miami Springs, Florida at 11:05 a.m. A man wearing a motorcycle helmet, dark jacket with stripes, and dark pants walked into the bank holding a silver handgun and a bag. He walked around the bank pointing the gun at customers and employees. He eventually settled on holding the gun at one customer’s head, demanding money or else he would kill him. After money was put in a bag, the robber left the bank and fled in a silver mini van with tinted windows driven by an accomplice.

These bank robbers are considered armed and dangerous. If anyone has information as to the identities of these bank robbers, they are urged to call the FBI at (305) 944-9101 or Crime Stoppers at (305) 471-8477 (TIPS).
