The fugitive investigation was conducted by the Los Angeles Fugitive Task Force, which is composed of agents and officers with the FBI; the Los Angeles Police Department; and the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR)-California Parolee Apprehension Team (CPAT). The arrest was made by the FBI’s Fugitive Task Force in Las Vegas, which is composed of agents and officers with the FBI, Henderson Police Department, and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department

Everidge will be extradited to Los Angeles by task force detectives with the Los Angeles Police Department to face prosecution.
