Hours
Although we operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, our normal “walk-in” business hours are from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you need to speak to an FBI representative at any time other than during normal business hours, please telephone our office at (501) 221-9100.

  • Traveling North I-430: Take the Shackleford Road Exit 5. Take a left at the traffic light at Shackleford Road. Take a left on Shackleford West Boulevard. The FBI building is a few blocks down to your right.
  • Traveling South I-430: Take the Shackleford Road Exit 5. Take a right at the traffic light at Shackleford Road. Take a left on Shackleford West Boulevard. The FBI building is a few blocks down to your right.
