Although we operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, our normal “walk-in” business hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. - From Reno and points northwest: Go south on US-95. Take the Ann Road exit, Exit 80, toward US-95 business/Rancho Drive. Cross over Ann Road and merge onto N. Rancho Drive going south to West Lake Mead Boulevard. Take a left onto West Lake Mead Boulevard. The FBI building is on the corner of West Lake Mead Boulevard and Stella Lake Drive.
- From California and points south: Go north on I-15. Take the US-95 N/Martin L. King Boulevard exit, Exit 42A, toward Reno. Take the Martin Luther King Boulevard exit. Turn right onto Martin Luther King Boulevard heading north. Turn left onto W. Lake Mead Boulevard heading west. The FBI building is on the left, corner of West Lake Mead Boulevard and Stella Lake Drive.
- From Arizona and points east: Go north on US-93. Take I-515 N/US95 N toward Reno/Tonopah. Take the Martin Luther King Boulevard ramp. Keep right at the fork to go on N. Martin Luther King Boulevard. Turn left onto West Lake Mead Boulevard. The FBI building is on the corner of West Lake Mead Boulevard and Stella Lake Drive.
