Three Arrested in Chattanooga Bank Heist

At approximately 7:00 p.m. today, the FBI Safe Streets Task Force and the Chattanooga Police Department (CPD) arrested three individuals for the October 23, 2013 armed robbery of the First Tennessee Bank branch at 7820 East Brainerd Road, Chattanooga, Tennessee. Arrested were:

  1. David Dewayne Cross, age 38, from Chattanooga, Tennessee
  2. Annamarie Nicole Holt, age 25, from Hamilton County, Tennessee
  3. Daphne Estelle Rodriguez, age 31, from Hamilton County, Tennessee


The three were arrested in Chattanooga without incident and are expected to appear before a federal judge in Chattanooga tomorrow.

The arrests are the result of a joint investigation by the FBI Safe Streets Task Force, consisting of the FBI, CPD, and the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, and the Chattanooga Police Department.

All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
